
Hi, I’m a strength & nutrition coach / trainer, mother, adventurer, cancer survivor, Air Force veteran, motivational speaker, grandmother and widow. I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned over the years to help women live better, stronger and longer lives.
I'm not an influencer, I'm almost 60, and I am a survivor of many things. I'm also a fitness & nutrition coach who understands the curveballs life will throw at you... but I also understand the incredible value of feeling strong & healthy, both mentally and physically, when those curveballs come.
I've trained hundreds of women and helped them live a better life while improving their health markers. My passion and mission is to help women gain strength, improve their mobility & flexibility and live an active & healthy life.
