I am an ACE Certified Fitness Instructor and I am also an ACE Weight Management Specialist. I have over eight years of experience working with women of all levels of fitness. If you're a beginner, that's great! I've helped so many beginners fall in love with fitness. If you are already into fitness, I know this program will challenge you and motivate you as well.
